PMS

There are just some months that REQUIRE chocolate.

This is one of them.

Admittedly, I didn't eat the full pan of brownies; I had my girlfriend and her daughter over for dinner and this was dessert. I was happy to devour three of them though.

I HATE PMS. That is all.

New Dress

A friend of mine was in town for a conference and Hubby was able to change his shift. Yay!

Cue the shoes and shopping, followed by dinner at The Works. Yum!

New Boots

And with the temps and flurries we've had this week, she's going to need them in short order!

Balloons for a Birthday

Today would have been my aunt's 78th birthday. 

Trinity and I released three balloons; one from each of us, to mark her day. We hope they found their way to heaven and that she smiled down on us, even for a few moments. We just wanted to tell her how much we love her, and how much we miss her. 

Every single day. 

Happy Birthday Aunt Bertie.

Trinity had picked a blue and purple one for Aunt Bertie.
I chose the yellow one with flowers and dragonflies. 

The blue one was blank; I wrote a message on it. 

Trinity wrote her name (with a little help)
to show Aunt Bertie how well she can write now!
