Today would have been my aunt's 78th birthday.
Trinity and I released three balloons; one from each of us, to mark her day. We hope they found their way to heaven and that she smiled down on us, even for a few moments. We just wanted to tell her how much we love her, and how much we miss her.
Every single day.
Happy Birthday Aunt Bertie.
| On our way to the park; Trinity holds her own balloons. |
Trinity had picked a blue and purple one for Aunt Bertie. I chose the yellow one with flowers and dragonflies. |
| The blue one was blank; I wrote a message on it. |
Trinity wrote her name (with a little help) to show Aunt Bertie how well she can write now! |
Ready... Set... |
| Go! |
| Wow! |
| The yellow balloon floats up high. |
| All three balloons on their way up to the skies. |
